In 2022, my life took an unexpected and challenging turn—I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Like many, I initially followed conventional medical advice, trusting in standard treatments. But when I faced a second diagnosis within just 12 months, I knew I had to take control of my own health and explore a different path.

I dove deep into the world of holistic health—researching nutrition, mindful movement, alternative therapies, and more. Through this journey, I didn’t just find information. I found hope, empowerment, and practical tools that helped me reclaim my strength and resilience.

I founded Holistic Horizons to share what I’ve learned and to create a supportive community for others navigating cancer or chronic illness. Alongside Monica, who brings her own wealth of compassion and expertise, we are here to provide personalized advice, a listening ear, and practical support—without judgment.
